The event is in Danish

Psychosphere is a virtual world created by Jakob Kudsk Steensen using his original underwater recordings from the Azores and outside Stromboli, alongside material from a newly found arctic deep sea volcanic landscape documented by research vessel REV Ocean/REV Aurora in the Barents Sea.
In the exhibition, ocean’s many forms of life intertwine with human technology and presence, as field recordings of life in the deep sea merge with manmade musical compositions. Fossils of long extinct sea lilies and ammonites appear alongside living fish species, as well as sculptures of synthetic life forms.
The conversation is held in Danish, and the ticket includes a cup of coffee and a croissant. Please note that it is cold and humid in Cisternerne, so please bring warm clothes.
