How do humans know where they belong? How does a cuckoo, who has never met its parents, know how to fly the 11,000 kilometers from their breeding grounds in Europe and Gedser to their wintering grounds in Africa, south of the Sahara? What guides us as humans? Do we have an intuition as strong as the birds’ instinct?
Leonie Pichler (Author and Director from Germany) and Andreas Oxenvad (Artist and utopian from Denmark) are in the process of creating a sound walk for South Falster and the coast.
You are invited to join a small audio walk that lasts approximately 30 minutes.

We begin at Havnekroen, where Diana Gerlach from Guldborgsund Municipality will give an introduction and hand out flyers with a QR code/link to the audio file. Headphones are recommended.
We walk, wander, move — from stone balancing and sandbox therapy, through the local Rhododendron Arboreum, to the coast, water, wind, and bird migration heading both south and north.

Unfortunately, Leonie and Andreas cannot be present due to happy circumstances — they are in southern Germany, where Leonie is very pregnant, has just had a baby, or is in the process of giving birth.
