The tour explores the myths surrounding the so-called “prohibition against images,” discover the iconic decorative forms of Islamic art, and encounter everything from dazzling ceramics to exquisite textiles and architectural elements.
At the tour you will travel across a cultural map stretching from Spain to India and from Uzbekistan to Egypt, uncovering how art and craftsmanship evolved through faith, tradition, and cross-cultural encounters.

Museet er mindre egnet for gangbesværede, da Davids Samling har til huse i en fredet bygning med mange trapper.

På grund af museets udformning og beliggenhed i to fredede bygninger med mange, smalle trapper er det desværre ikke muligt at tage en kørestol eller rollator med i samlingerne.

I tilfælde af brand er det ikke muligt at benytte elevatoren, og museet råder ikke over medarbejdere, der kan hjælpe gangbesværede i tilfælde af en eventuel evakuering.
