Walker-color-seed, bubbling dreams and memory lanes
Let’s collect traces of experiences and dreams and together create a work of art for eternity
Over the course of two creative and sense awareness full days, residents, caregivers and guests create a joint work of art on large-format paper (approx. 90 x 130 cm). It will be an abstract and colorful work inspired by fantasy, movement and imagination. We use playful and unconventional techniques inspired by the artist group COBRA, of which Asger Jorn, one of the artists who inspired the architecture of Ørestad Care Center, was a part.
• We roll balls and toys in paint and make rolling prints.
• Blow soap bubbles with color and shoot color with water guns.
• Make tracks with wheelchairs and walkers, where the wheels roll through water-based printing ink and make prints on large sheets of paper and vintage wallpaper.
• Draw blindfolds - doodle, fill in with color and find hidden birds and figures.
Finally, we select the strongest parts and put them together as a collage – a joint work that is framed and hung.
Incorporating wordplay, we will find a collaborated title for the piece.
