Københavns Kunsthandel presents the exhibition Dreamy Etchings in collaboration with BORCH Editions and Drawings, featuring drawings by the Spanish-born artist Patricia Perales García (b. 1991).
The exhibition presents a series of drawings, six of which are part of the artist’s Motherhood Series. The title of the series stands as an echo of the search that arose during the artist’s pregnancy. A time when working with clean and carefully selected materials was not only a desire, but a necessity. The drawings therefore appear as a material manifestation of an awareness of health and thoughtfulness, something that can also be recognized in Patricia Perales García’s visual expression.
Udstillingen serverer et udvalg af grafiske kunstværker fra BORCH Editions’ omfattende arkiv og introducerer værkstedets mangeårige samarbejde med betydningsfulde samtidskunstnere som Olafur Eliasson (f. 1967), Martin Kippenberger (1953–1997), Toni Larsen (f. 1955), Iñaki Bonillas (f. 1981), Nanna Debois Buhl (f. 1975), Clay Ketter (f. 1961), Virginia Overton (f. 1979) og John Zurier (f. 1956).
