Louise Rytter

Louise Rytter is a curator, writer and advisor specialising in art, fashion and visual culture. Educated at Central Saint Martins in London, she has worked internationally at the intersection of exhibitions, cultural strategy and digital cultural projects.

At the Victoria and Albert Museum, she was part of the curatorial team behind Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty.

She later led We Wear Culture at Google Arts & Culture, a global fashion project developed in collaboration with 184 museums in 42 countries. At Google, she was also responsible for developing partnerships and creative projects with museums and cultural institutions across Africa.

She is the author of Louis Vuitton: The Complete Collections (Catwalk) and The World According to Lee McQueen. She has also contributed to the books Fashion: Central Saint Martins and Alexander McQueen.
