The event is in Danish

Author Ursula Andkjær Olsen will read from an unpublished work titled Transformationsmanualen. This piece explores and intertwines different levels of experience ranging from the intimate and everyday to the societal, global, and cosmological.
Transformationsmanualen is created in collaboration with visual artist Sophia Kalkau, whose artistic expression plays a central role in the work’s aesthetic and conceptual universe. Together, they have developed a dual work—a book and a deck of cards—that follows the same cyclical system. It not only challenges the boundaries between literature and visual art but also invites the reader to reflect on the necessity and inevitability of transformation.
The work will be published in September this year, and this reading offers a unique opportunity for the audience to experience an exclusive first glimpse of the texts before they become publicly available.
Ticket price: 60 DKK, available for pre-sale (and at the door if there are still tickets left). The ticket also grants access to the rest of the Round Tower.
